COMFY Shift Dress by ECI

Comfortable shift (swing?) dress. (We’re new here and not fashion lingo savvy, sorry.) Size 8, 96% polyester/4% spandex - very stretchy material. KC doesn’t ever remember wearing it (not sure why, it’s really cute!) But that means it’s in great condition. There are two dots on the left sleeve where the lighter inner side of the material is stitched outward. A photo is included, but it’s not super noticeable.
