This stunning vintage button up blouse is a piece of art from the late 80s or early 90s! 100% raw silk that is a pale blue shot with purple, so it shimmers and changes color as you move. Hand painted with floral motif, the flowers have then been outlined and embellished with embroidery. Made in the USA, this is a part of fashion history. It features beautiful buttons in a pink with bling centers. In excellent vintage gently preowned condition with little wear. No noted major flaws.
