Constantly Varied Gear (CVG) shorts are my favorite! These "Storm" shorts are NWOT and have NOT been worn because I had mistakenly ordered a 3" inseam. (I prefer 5" inseams) So if you love the 3" inseam, then these (size small) shorts are perfect for you! They have the side pockets for your phone, etc., a wide waistband (4") and the white lining inside, so they are squat proof! They should fit the leg snuggly as that is how they are designed. For reference, I wear a size 6-8 and CVG smalls fit me well.
