I used "Spray N Wash" and then washed the jacket in a lingerie bag on cold with Woolite. The spots faded significantly but I did not want to over-wash it by repeating the process. It might be possible to remove the stains completely with more aggressive washing.

Laying flat it measures 20inchs across armpit to armpit. It is labeled XL but it is seems small for XL
