COOKBOOK- Modern fish recipes!

Full disclosure. I bought this book because ive been doing a lot more fish in my diet. And white fish is hard for me. Its delicate and can be hard to get right. I was so excited to try this and the one fish I really wanted to learn isn’t in here. So im selling it. Otherwise its a really great book with lots of good ideas. Cheers!
