A light, airy “go anywhere” Spring skirt reminiscent of an Hermes scarf with lots of jewels, swags, chains and tassels. You will feel like a Royal in it. Well - made and lined wrap skirt with side tie making it absolutely of - the -moment. Measures 15” across front waist lying flat; 1 and 1/2” waistband; 18 and 3/4” down side seam. Small spots on underside of one tie but negligible due to print (see photo 12). Waistband has a little darker cream ground than skirt body for design effect. Please examine photos carefully.
