COOL RAYON Size L Women's Short Sleeved Blouse - Fits like MEDIUM

ROUGH HEWN brand from Bon Ton . . . a better quality department store which sadly closed in my area. It is navy blue & white 100% Rayon short sleeved blouse with adjustable arm ties. This Women's size Large will fit a Medium wearer just fine. It is long enough to wear as a tie up top and still falls a little past the waist. I wore this blouse only two times. Excellent flawless condition. Rayon really does keep you cooler than cotton does!!
