This Cooper & Ella blouse has a feminine vintage appearance. Delicate polka dots lay gently on a light aqua background, The V shaped collar has a detachable broach that can be used elsewhere. There are two front pockets. The sleeves are slightly puffed with cuffs. This blouse in designed in a pullover style with a strip of fabric down the center. There are slits on both sides at the hemline. The pit to pit is 18” sleeve length is 10” blouse length is 22” in the front and 24”the back.
