As I haven't purchased this item from either a Museum deaccession nor from an ancestral homestead as my True VICTORIAN items are from, I've classified this as Possibly VICTORIAN. It certainly has the right look and can be utilized to complete an ensamble. It's machine sewn - the Industrial Revolution had begun - and without evidence of ever having had a label contributing to the belief it was made by or for the wearer. Deep Olive Green with Golden Olive Ruffles. 5.5" long 2 Tier Cartridge pleated Ruffles at each end, 64" Length overall, 17" Wide. Perfect addition to a Steampunk wardrobe!
