COPY - American Eagle Embroidered Halter Strap Dress

This dark red/rust colored dress features beautiful embroidery and adjustable straps. I’m 5’9” and it’s way too short for me. Fits like a tunic top with a little bit of swing! It’s in used condition. (See last photo)
