NY&Co blue flowy dress, never worn, NWT. The top is a royal blue w/ strings to make it a halter. It also has 2 gold rings at the start of the strings. The bottom is more of a light blueish-green. All along the middle is different blue colored feathers. Length of the dress is floor length (I'm 5'0 and it was way too long). Size medium. (Reposting this as the dress has been found).
