is the blue light like the first picture orvis it more of a darker gray blue like in the other photos.

Bust 39 inches
Sean hits about 2-3 inches above my waist and that measurement is 36 inches
Across shoulders in back is 16 inches
It flares out as you can see in the model photo and so it would fit hips up to 49 inches, I believe-

@debrisinger from your experience does this dress run smaller or larger than the actual size.? I think i could wesr a 12 but thinking it may be a little loose..I wear a 12 in most blouses but a 10 in jeans and slacks.

This dress does seem to run a tad bit small- I usually wear a 14 but the 16 fit me perfectly- I am 5ft5in and 185 lbs
