This is a gorgeous deep blue pencil skirt from Pure Collection in the UK. It’s marked as a 4, but the waist is 26 and the hips 36. It fits me (a narrow-hipped 6). Length is 24 inches. Pure collection sells items of very high quality and I own many of their yummy cashmere sweaters. There is a small slit in the back to make walking easier.
