From shoulder to tip of fringe at bottom, about 38". The fringe from hem of poncho to tip of fringe is 5". From sleeve to sleeve, 30". This garment is designed to fit loosely & could be worn on top of another coat if needed. Size tag says "onesizeplus", would easily fit up to a 3X.
