COPY - COPY - EUC Royal Blue Prom Dress

Excellent used condition, only worn once for a few hours, formal dress. The tag says size 11 but alterations were made to add a beautiful corset back so 11 would be the smallest size it would fit and it could probably go up to a 20. I usually wear a size 16 in dresses. The bottom has a special stitching on the hem to make it slightly weighted (it's not heavy it's just to keep it from blowing up). And the best part, IT HAS POCKETS!!!!!
