Cotton skirt by 45rpm. 89% cotton, size 0 (but it really should be size F for free). No pockets, unlined. Waist measures 13" flat, not stretched, but stretches up to 34" or so. See the picture laid completely flat to see how wide it is. Drapes beautifully. Made in Japan. Reposting this because I was on vacation and was not able to ship this in timely manner to the buyer.
