This is Absolutely Ridiculous 💯 % They want pictures of the boxes now. This way they said they could make their decision. I spent time taking pictures only to be declined. Too many messages. @wentboz3 It’s SO frustrating and I am FURIOUS with this customer service experience! And NO I haven’t received any payment at all, and now it’s been over 2 weeks. Poshmark hasn’t said anything. @wentboz3 I can’t help you, nor do I think it’s fair my money hasn’t been released. I think it’s appalling that we’re now going into a 3rd week. You deserve a refund and I deserve my money for the sale! I’ve sent serval messages and I have no idea what else to do. I’m so sorry this happened and am extremely disappointed in the lack of response from Posh and refunds on both ends.

@wentboz3 Go into the Conversation option under the order for the “Dinner Set for 2” and follow the instructions for opening a claim. Did you try that? That order doesn’t say “case opened” for some reason.

@wentboz3 I would keep messaging them. I sent you a message in one of the chats under one of the orders. But I’m getting to the point that I’m ready file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And even if they release my payment, it would be for one, but the “set for 2” which was more money, never updated the tracking or delivery so it looks like it was never delivered but it was! And it doesn’t even show a case was opened.
