laurenmiller109 @dawnage50 I apologize yesterday was a holiday that I was spending with my family. I’m sure you can tell from my Poshmark closet but I am new to the site and you were my first sale so please forgive me for not knowing the ins and outs of this. I did offer to work with you however and you told me you were keeping the earrings. Please let me know what else can I do?

dawnage50 @laurenmiller109 No worries, I was out enjoying the holiday as well. I would contact Poshmark support to ask what you can do. I believe you have to go through them to give any type of refund. It’s just for close to $100 you don’t expect to receive damaged goods. I appreciate you following up with me. Please let me know what you find out.
