This fit and flare little black dress is very sexy, fun, and flattering. It's quite short, but I like that it balances that with a high-neck which makes it look polished. The chest area has pleats and a small cleavage opening. The fabric has a faint shimmer to it: it's rayon/polyester if I'm not mistaken (seems like I removed that tag for comfort)
