Vintage 1960s Harry Keiser sleeveless empire waist maxi dress/ gown in spring green with floral applique trim at neckline and waist. Attached belt has a bow detail in the front. The belt has a hook & eye closure just under the bow and an additional snap to keep it in place. Bodice is lined, but the skirt is not. No fabric tag but it has a texture and slub similar to dupioni but no sheen. ILGWU Union made. Marked a size 10 but measures like a size 6 of today. Please see measurements below. Chest, pit to pit: 17.5" Waist, across front: 14" Hips, across front: 22.75" Length, shoulder to hem down front: 56" Condition: There is a slight smudge on fabric near the coller, see photo #7 and there is a slight crease in the collar you can see in photos. The zipper has a malfunction at the bottom but was stitched to fix temporarily (can be easily fixed permanently). Otherwise dress is in excellent pre-owned condition, gently used with no other flaws.
