this piece is unique - i have never seen another like it- it is a full length wool blend lightweight long sleeved collared button down / the back has a layered illusion- peplum top section & sheath skirt - kick pleats in front & rear- 9 buttons up the front appear to be mother of pearl - dark charcoal/grey almost black - - you could wear this so many ways - endless possibilities vintage - <1990s
