COPY - L New York & Company dress with colorful tassels

This is a size L New York & Company dress with colorful tásales on the bottom half. It has a button closure on the top of the back. There is no damage to the dress. Best for sizes 10-14. It is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. It is suppose to be a bit form fitting but I didn’t realize I bought a skinny mannequin lol. It’s a cute dress for a work party or some occasions where you want to be somewhat formal but still show off a bit of a colorful personality! All tassels are intact, in good condition/ no knots. The dress is in perfect condition. We are a smoke free home so no funny smells here.
