COPY Like new quilted Kate Spade "Ellie"purse

Kate Spade Ellie tote bag .I bought this from the Kate Spade outlet last year. It is soft and quilted. Has nylon shoulder strap and two nylon carrying handles. I actually bought it because the straps are not like typical purse straps that crack and flake. This purse has so many pockets! Two main pockets and a small zipper pocket and two side pockets inside one of them. The shoulder strap is adjustable. It is barely used and has no flaws.
