spiritla @snidersierra117 Sierra I can’t have you shop with me when you leave me a bad review I pride myself in great customer service mistakes happen. I try to fix all mistakes if I can’t I offer a refund. I’m not 100% perfect but it affects my account when you leave a bad review and low stars and I can’t risk another bad review from you when I try to make everything right from my mistakes. Hope you understand.

snidersierra117 Most sellers when they make a mistake just apologize and move on, you know- learn from the mistake 🙃 not take it personal that you messed up. But I’m sorry you messed up on my order, I’m sure another number/follower will fill my spot 🤷‍♀️

spiritla @snidersierra117 not only did I apologize I responded within 15 minutes of your complaint. You forgot to mention anything about my customer service on how I handle a mistake with over 10,000 items sold and over 20,000 followers I believe my customers appreciate just as I appreciate them for their business. The customer service and great prices I provide them.

spiritla There’s pretty much nothing I wouldn’t do for my customers. I always make sure I try to bring them great items at fabulous prices. I have never come across a customer when I fixed the issue for them that they would have the audacity to leave a bad review.

spiritla Maybe you should reflect and find it in your heart to forgive when a silly mistake was made and think about next time you leave a review when the seller has tried to make everything right for you
