@jackies222 I had congestive heart failure recently and so - emergency open heart surgery. My daughter and granddaughters did their best to cover my closet- listing and sorting since I was in the hospital for 2.5 weeks and by a long taxing rehabilitation at home which starts by having to use a walker and being out of breath walking across a room. I’d go on to describe to physical therapy and rehab demands but I’m not sure there would be any point to it.

I couldn’t find the dress because someone else did their best to figure out where it should go. Ever had someone else put your dishes away?
I have approx 2000 items listed. As a rule I go out of my way to be respectful and responsive with buyers - for example not keeping someone waiting for an item I can locate instead of leaving them hanging.

When my granddaughter located the dress I re-listed it right away - of course I did.
Because it’s re-listed you were free to inquire about a new transaction. Rather becoming curious and inquiring about possibilities you used the opportunity and your energy to respond differently. It makes ABSOLUTELY no sense for a seller to cancel an order in progress - just to have to re- list it - because - why?

Normally I wouldn’t go into personal details in response to a snarky comment - on my integrity. I can tell you for certain that there isn’t a single item in my closet that would induce me to choose - as my first option - to demean another human being.
Curiosity. Inquiry. A sense of humor. These are all more likely to produce a better outcome. It wouldn’t have taken anymore time to inquire than it did to throw shade.

I can assure you I have not had the time or energy to conspire against a person I attempted to serve. Every person you encounter in the community is - in fact - a person - with a life - maybe even a person fighting for their life. Human kindness actually requires less angst and energy.

@lstephea sorry to hear all of this… I saw items being relisted, and thought the worse. From the outside it looked like you didn’t want to sell the dress for the price paid, hence my snarky comment about it being relisted and at a higher price.
