COPY - NWT Rustic Outfitters lined shirt or light jacket

I'm not sure if it would be classified as a light jacket or lined shirt. The shell is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. approximately an inch and a half of the decorative stitching is missing on the right front pocket.
