NWT navy and white polka dot knee length skirt with set in covered elastic waist band (approx. 2” elastic), not quite full enough to really be A-line, but close. Skirt is fully-lined with black 100% cotton fabric. Shell is 54% cotton and 46% rayon. Approximate measurements : 18.5” across at waist and length 20.75”
