I purchased the adorable shoes at a local boutique with a navy dress to wear for my Birthday! Technically I wear a 9 1/2. because I have finger toes .They are a true 9 even with the open toe and cute bow ensemble . They have been worn once. Good used condition! Minor mark on posterior side of right shoe. The heels offer a 3 1/2 inch lift. The outer lining is rubber and soles are well padded.
