sarasmithp @shellysulliv909 hi! thanks for the questions. skirt is 15in across the top and 21in in length. I added photos with measurements so you can see how I measured. the top has elastic so it's stretchy. Just looked over it again and there are no flaws, no stains, no holes. love the style and pattern it's just one size too big for me.
