Basically new. I wore this once to a holiday themed work party. Lots of fun!! Has a black floral pattern that is color blocked on a light grey and dark deep blue. Black sewn in “belt” to accent waist. Zip back. Originally from a boutique store in Canada Has a built and sewn in black slip Interestingly I can’t find a product tag to tell you about the materials! I’m guessing it’s a polyester rayon Fit and flare style
