I have an adjustable petticoat with 54” hip and 48” waist cat the largest. For reference I am 27” waist in the photo. The petticoat is striped and a soft flannel material. It has pills but can be removed with a pill remover, or even a regular shaving razor. The edge is scalloped and I find that so cool.
