Red say yes to the prom pageant mermaid dress worn once for evening gown. This dress has a plunge neckline and a mermaid silhouette. The fabric has no stretch. I'm 5'3" and wore 2" heels. It can also be worn for prom, and gala. The straps have been adjusted with safety pins, as shown in the 4th photo. The pins can be removed.
