COPY - Stella Tweed Dress

This is a very versatile dress. It can be also worn as a top. It has an elastic neck line so can be worn off the shoulders. This dress also includes a silky black belt, it can be worn with or w out. The arms also have little ties as shown in the pics. Very cute dress w/ a flown silky feel. All though the tag says medium I’d say this dress could fit a small or large as well(:
