dina_banks @jon_rico sorry for not responding sooner I was out of town and couldn’t remember without looking at the bag. It does not have locks. I have luggage TSA approved locks (not Tumi brand) if you need them. I also have the bi-fold garment bag available it has two Tumi locks on the front. It is NOT carry on size.

dina_banks @sunnymama the bag had sold and I was unable to get it shipped timely so I refunded her the money. She now has picked out a different Tumi bag.
