From the 1950’s this vintage Aberdeen Button Down wool shirt jacket is in great condition for its age and the wool is actually pretty soft which isn’t always the case in some of the older wool pieces, and it has a nice loft. Beautiful color combinations of red, gray and blue, the most noticeable issues are many of the button holes are a bit loose, so the buttons may become unbuttoned more easily. Was dry cleaned before stored away several years ago, no noticeable odors, this comes from a smoke free home (though it is a pet friendly home). Approx measurements: armpit to armpit 23.5”, sweep 23”, underarm 19”, shoulder 19”, back length from base of collar to hem 25.25” Beautiful piece that may not be perfect but is in amazing condition for its age.
