Flattering new with tag INC International Concepts midi dress from early 2000s, meant to be looser & flowy. The material has stretch & movement. It was tried on but never worn, still has the tags & extra button attached. Really pretty geometric like pattern of black slashes or ‘sticks’ against a cobalt like blue background. Size large (pretty sure it’s juniors but not positive, so see measurements below).
