@rdparsidokht it’s kind of like a thin cloth over rubber type material. It feels like cloth when you touch the outside of the boot, but it isn’t completely fabric. It’s hard to explain and I’m doing a terrible job. So i guess the best way I can describe it is like a typical rubber rain boot with an outer covering of thin cloth material so that it looks soft like fabric but it keeps out water like a rain boot. I hope that makes at least some sense. 😎
