@swallowtails hi! You’re so sweet! I’m so sorry I came on this comment so late! I did not see it during my finals week-it has been more pressing than forgiving.
The waist from side to side flat is around 16 1/2 inches (so about 34 inches all the way around)
While the inseam laying flat is close to 30 1/2 inches
