COS ruffle shoulder blouse

White cotton pullover short sleeve blouse. Zippers up the back. More of a tunic length, but could be worn tucked in. Large ruffle down both sleeves. Lightweight. Runs small for an 8, fits size 4-6 better. Cut straight, really curvy hips won’t work. Really good condition, worn minimally.
