COSMOPOLITAN Black & Gold Rose Lace Up Ankle Bootie Heels 9.5

Cosmopolitan black lacy gold rose embossed lace up open back peep toes ankle booties with center openings so that middle of foot shows through. Heels measure 4”. Shiny gold zippers on the side for easy on/off. One heel has a bit of chipping as shown in photo, but overall the shoes are in great condition. Only other flaw is that there is 13B writing on the bottom of each shoe. Size 9 1/2M.
