Cotelac short sleeve blouse with pleated petal collar. Above elbow length sleeves, pleated at top with loose elastic at bottom. Release pleats at waist give blouson effect. 100% polyester. Very good condition, no signs of wear. Size 2, equals Medium. Relaxed fit.
