I have seen many people have bad reactions with chemical burns, vision loss, hair loss, etc. And I inform people about those risks because a ton of people don’t even know counterfeits exist. How would you feel if you got a palette and ended with an eye infection and be in a similar position as my husband, for example.

@kristin_lav His wasn’t from makeup, obviously, but the infection was very scary and he has had to have multiple cornea transplants. They aren’t just cheap makeup, they can be dangerous. Said she would be returning to where she got them and get a refund because she really thought they were real. I’ve learned to approach people with a more level head and it tends to pay off. A friend of mine had to have reconstructive surgery because of a chemical burn caused my “just makeup” that ended up being a counterfeit full of arsenic and mercury. I couldn’t agree more. It sickens me (utterly) that people intentionally sell fake makeup products, especially Kylie cosmetics because the replicas are legitimately poison as you have stated.
