This is an Olive Green CREAM & SUGAR low-tiered Mini Swing Dress that feels just like a comfy T-shirt. It gathers at the neckline to your favorite length preference. It's made of 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex that makes it fall softly as you walk. The length from shoulder would be 35" so I consider it a mini sundress, but could be used as a tunic top also.
