Cutest winter parka from J Crew Crewcuts. She wore this on one trip we took to Iowa during what turned out to be a very mild December! The following year was Covid and we live in LA. Suffice it say, it’s been going to waste just laying around the house! Says size 2 (toddler) 12” pit to pit 11” shoulder to shoulder 17” top to bottom, 19” top to bottom in back (it’s a bit longer in the back, parka style)
