This jacket is missing a concho button. It shoud have one on each size with the elastic in between. You can grab a couple from a craft store or wear closed with one button, or open without the buttons. Measurements are taken lying flat side to side (Double for all the way around) Armpit to Armpit- 20 Inches Waist- 18 Inches Length- (Top Shoulder to bottom of jacket)- 20 1/2 Inches Sleeve Length- (Armpit to end of sleeve)-17 1/2 Inches
