This is a fabulous vintage sweater from I believe the 1980s?.

Top has a beautiful design of keyhole type ‘cutouts’ so you may need a cami. See pics.
Interior knits ruffle on the inside at the shoulders, acts kind of like a shoulder pad.

@victoria_nich I checked he sweater and it doesn’t feel bad at all. It isn’t like the super soft sweaters of today since it is vintage, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it itchy. A little rougher maybe but I don’t think it would bother me to wear it. Of course everyone is different. Let me know if I can help with any other questions. Blessings~
