CUISINART CLASSROOM by Abby Mandel 1982 recipes & food processor instructions

11 X 9 X 1” spiral glossy book for those experienced or learning to cook with their Cuisinart. Recipes for all different meals and dishes (see list) includes which disc to use to achieve precision results. This is my personal cookbook. I used it a lot. I am now selling my food processor and 10 various discs elsewhere in my closet. This book has probably lasted so well because the pages are heavy, glossy with a plastic cover over the whole book. That is not to say I still didn’t manage to get food stains here and there (I tried to get pics of all) and the front cover has a crease in lower right and the back cover has some tears. But no Odors. Clean. The Plastic cover is a bit scratched. This book is very inspirational and exciting to get you to try your food processor in cool ways.
