Waist seam is higher on this dress and intersects arm pit seam due to dolman style sleeve, please see images for where seam sits on model to determine fit. Waist at seam measures 14” laying flat. Open deep V will accommodate most bust sizes proportionally to individuals who fit a XS. Length is aprox 32” shoulder to hem. I’ve tried this on myself and IMO a size US 0/2 would fit well in this dress/cover-up.

@gracethrufaith hi, as the sleeve are a dolman style & the waist is almost like an empire waist on this dress, the arm pit to pit measurement is basically at the waist seam, the waist laying flat measures 14”. I’ll add a pic for your to visualize this. I typically wear a 0 or 2 in most designer brands, and this fits well. As the neckline is open (deep V) almost down to the waist- this should accommodate any bust size that is proportional to a person who wears a 0/2. Length is aprox 32”
