CUPIO stripe cozy dress - practically new

Worn once and washed once, in like new condition. Super soft and stretchy tunic style dress from Cupio. Soft blue and white striped, with a tie to cinch at the waist. Long sleeves & scoop neck. Tie has cute metal accents. *small flaw* the material in the tie has a part that is unwoven, but it is not visible when tied, and doesn’t affect the tie. See photos.
