I am a very serious buyer. I am looking to purchase a gown in the next two weeks to crown my successor. How long is this gown? What is your height without heels? What heels did you wear? What are your bust, waist, and hip measurements (not your high hip your actually backside). My measurements are 31-25.5-37 and I am 5’9 barefoot. If the dress does not fit will you accept returns?
